CUSTOM MADE PROJECT 1 - Electronic cigarette

Quality and precise machining according to custom-made technical solution in development of e-cigarette project. E-cigarette has excellent reviews on global market. A few prototypes and models have been developed in cooperation with GEO VEKTOR Company and mass-produced. Each model has excellent reviews and positive customer’s feedbacks.

This CUSTOM-MADE project confirms company ability to develop final product from basic idea. For each cigarette model technical solution have been developed with necessary tools and technology for whole production cycle along with metal finishing, assembling, packaging and distribution.

CUSTOM MADE PROJECT 2 – Electric lock

Electric lock have been developed in cooperation with IKS FENSTER company due to specific customer needs for implementing locks into PVC profiles for modular houses sliding doors. The lock technical solution included lock design according to profile dimensions without decreasing profile strength. After the lock testing mass production started. Lock is possible to adjust into different PVC profiles. This CUSTOM-MADE project confirms company ability to develop final product from basic idea according to very specific needs. Beside technical solution, technology have been developed for lock mass production.

CUSTOM MADE PROJECT 3 – Aluminium case for dynamometer

Aluminium case for dynamometer have been developed according to costumer detailed drawing.
